Outside the Circus (Continued)

Kendra had been listening to the conversation with increasing fury. Her sister was planning to kill her. They had grown apart but once they had been inseperable friends. It was outragous! She crept back down the wall and walked to the reception area, a blonde woman worked at the reception, sh had one of those overly cheerful, butter-wouldn't-melt faces. Disgusting. Kendra watched the front desk, still covered in her earlier victim's blood. The sight of Larten Crepsley had scared her off at first but she returned shortly to check on the matter and her sister's scent was obvious and...putrid.
A plan formulated itself in Kendra's mind and she knew what to do.
She staggered towards the reception desk, clutching her lower chest and breathing deeply, feigning injury. "h...help...m..m..me....p..please!" She gasped, falling to the ground a meter or so away from the reception desk. The blonde receptionist ran forward, as did a few of the other people waiting in the lobby.
"What happened?" The receptionist gasped, horror encapsulating her features.
"There was...a man, a guest...here...." She continued to gasp, shallow breaths interrupting her speech. "..Dean...I think....Short..dark..hair.... He...stabbed me." And with that she gave a shudder and lay completely still, the people around her gasped and started to panic and chaos began. Someone tried to find a pulse that would never be found seing as Kendra was a member of the undead.
The person who checked Kendra's pulse yelled to the receptionist to phone the police, looking up the log book for current guests, she called 9-1-1 and reported murder.. perfect. She described the guest and the victim and hung up, continuing to search through the log books.

Now was Kendra's chance.
She grabbed the nearest person to her and sunk her teeth into his throat and pulled, ripping out his windpipe and causing the jugular to snap. Blood spurted like a fountain from the man's neck, soaking everyone around him in warm, red, sticky stuff. It was magnificent and if the other guests hadn't been frozen in shock and fear, some might have managed to escape.
This was not the case.
That date would forever be knows as the Motel Massacre as every single person in the lobby was destroyed, ripped to shreds in a matter of minutes. Kendra held the final victim, the receptionist, by the hair as she drew a knife from the sheath in the back of her trousers. Something her parents had taught her... Holding the receptionist by the left hand, the knife in the right, she cut off the receptionist's first finger. She then rubbed the bloody stump along the wall, ignoring the woman's screams. When the finger stopped bleeding, she cut off the middle finger and continued. This carried on until Kendra had finished, the receptionist had passed out from the pain but the room still echoed with the screams...... not screams...sirens...
The police were on their way and Kendra had to escape...now.
But how?
The Police had already surrounded the Motel and soon they would enter....

Again, a plan came to mind.
She slit the receptionist's throat and blood splattered everywhere, and, at the same time Kendra lay on the floor amongst the first few victims, she held the knife above her and sunk it into her stomach with a gasp, before throwing it. The knife span through the air and stuck into the wall, underneath the words "WAIT TILL I TELL MUM AND DAD. TRAITOR." written in the receptionist's blood. Kendra turned over, lying face down and completely still, waiting for the Police to arrive.

Sam probably had a point, they probably should get Jenny. He opened his mouth, closing it when he heard a muffled noise that sounded like it was coming down the corridor. He frowned, trying to listen harder.

"Did you hear that?" Dean asked, he was pretty sure it was screaming. Next door could be just getting kinky, or they could have a problem. It was one of the two, and he didn't really want to find out. "We should probably check it out," he said, a little reluctantly.

Being a Vampire, Arra's hearing was better than a humans. "Something's happening." She said suddenly, pulling her knife out from it's leather pouch. "Do you have any weapons?" She asked walking to the door, "I get the feeling you're going to need them." She got to the door and smelt the air. "There's a lot of blood tonight." she muttered almost sadistically.

Dean nodded, eyes scanning the room for something they could use as a weapon. Most of the stuff was still in the car, so their resources in here were limited. "Should have some somewhere," Dean muttered, kneeling down to grab a knife that had fallen under a bed earlier. He stood back up, and looked at Arra warily. "What's going on out there?"

"I don't know." She admitted, opening the door. "But whatever it is does not sound good." She walked out into the corridor and the stench of blood was overwhelming. She ripped some of the material off of her top and used it to block her nose from the worst of the smell.

Dean followed after her, and was hit by the putrid smell of blood. Something was definitely wrong, and he raised the hand carrying the knife a little. This was bad. Could the Vampaneze thing be back? Was it going to come back, or was it still toying with them? He waited for Sam to come out the door before going any further. Maybe it would be better if Sam went back into the motel room, he really wouldn't want to see this. Not to mention there was possibly a hostile Vampaneze still in the vicinity, and with Sam still ill it would probably be better if he and Jenny got out of here safely into the Impala through one of the fire doors.

Arra held her knife ready, creeping slowly down the corridor. She turned to Dean and indicated he should be completely silent, if there was a Vampaneze in the building then it would hear them and by being silent maybe Arra could hear it.

Sam watched his brother, a bit disappointed in him for forgetting the important thing that the vampire had just told them. Knives were useless and Dean had just grabbed one because it was probably the first thing he saw. Well done, Dean. He got two guns and walked out after them.

He cleared his throat and held one out towards Dean, who would feel so stupid now. Oh Sam was so going to mock him about this later.

Dean scowled at Sam as the sound of him clearing his throat interrupted the silence. Hopefully he hadn't alerted the Vampaneze of their presence. He took the offered gun from Sam, only then remembering what Arra had said about guns being more effective against the Vampaneze.

Turning back round, Dean followed the vampire down the corridor, the smell of blood getting stronger as they walked.

Jenny had jumped out of bed as soon as she'd heard the screaming. Throwing on her jeans, she didn't have time to put on her black jacket or brush her bush of hair, pulling it back into a messy low pony tail, quickly. She grabbed her gun this time. If it was that vampaneze that followed them back then it would be her best bet.

Jenny rushed quietly over to the door of her motel room and opened it cautiously. She saw Sam, Dean, and some other woman coming down the corridor slowly. She silently slid out the doorway, turning the handle all the way so it shut almost as quietly.

Arra crept round the corner, she drank blood but Vampires have limits. She almost was gagging, even with the blocked nostrils. She sighed when the woman brought out her gun, if her sister really was behined this, the gun would merely anger her. "You humans and your guns." She muttered, rolling her eyes. Her sister was never one for subtlety so she knew that she was either hiding or not present.

Jenny was unaware of who this person was, but since she referred to her as a human then she was guessing she wasn't one of them. She ignored her and glanced at Dean giving him a disproving look.

"Who the heck is this?" she whispered, though not bothering to not let the woman overhear her, just so that if anything was still out there it would have less of a chance of hearing them. But since this person had said something it might have gone. She wasn't sure what was going on.

Dean shrugged at Jenny as he followed Arra round the corner of the corridor. He still wasn't entirely sure who she was, other then that she was related to the Vampaneze who attacked them, she was a vampire but wasn't going to kill them and hopefully an ally in this. He'd explain to Jenny later when there was more time, and less risk of being attacked by the vampaneze on their tails.
